Postage and Packaging

Our standard delivery charge for all orders is £3.95.

Express Shipping by Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £9.00, select your preferred option at check out.

Local Customers can also opt for Free Local Pick Up to Collect in store, Tuesday-Saturday, 9.30am-5pm.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Please note that we currently only deliver to UK addresses.

We are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other EU or Non-EU country. We can only deliver to UK domestic or business addresses and are unable to deliver to a PO BOX addresses.

For deliveries where a signature is required, or where the goods are too big to fit through a letter box, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to accept delivery.  If no one is available, the customer will be required to pick up from the courier or to contact the courier to arrange redelivery.

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days of receipt of payment. We will inform you via phone or e-mail, of any delays with your order or if we are unable to complete the order before any part of the order is dispatched.

Returns

Returns are accepted provided we receive written confirmation of the return via e-mail at shop@brooksshops.com within 7 working days of the day you received your order. Goods must then be returned within 7 working days of that notification. Refunds will be processed for the full order, including the initial postage and packing, once the goods are returned.
